The very foundation of GAASH Welfare Foundation was laid on the realization of a group of corporate professionals that it was their Social Responsibility to give back to the society.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has acquired new dimensions in the recent years. Today, companies are proactively taking up this good hearted investment and giving a social value to all their business endeavours.
In India, though corporate have a strong will to dedicate their resources for a social cause, they find it difficult to reach the right people considering the demography and diverse social problems of the country.

Ways to partner with us

In any organisation there are several operational costs incurred in managing and maintaining the organisation and its activities. Some of these costs can be underwritten by corporate houses or individuals.

At GAASH Welfare Foundation, we incur costs such as information technology, office furniture, basic amenities, cost of travel, training, and so on. By partnering with
GAASH Welfare Foundation to underwrite our organisational expenses, it allows us to focus on our programs, thereby joining us in our endeavour to create lasting change.

"Making a big difference by giving just a little"

Payroll Contribution is probably the easiest way you can make a difference in the lives of the needy. All you have to do is enlist the support of all your colleagues and get them to contribute a small sum towards
GAASH Welfare Foundation’s development initiatives. This amount goes directly to those who need it the most – underprivileged who would have otherwise been in darkness forever. With Payroll Contribution, you can make a big difference by giving just a little.
This is a simple and easy to execute idea whereby employees set aside a small sum from their salaries each month. This amount is deducted every payday and sent to
GAASH Welfare Foundation by payroll office as a consolidated amount monthly. Companies can choose to match employees’ contribution thus increasing “giving” among employees.
Employees receive a payment summary letter or email from Payroll at the end of the financial year along with a tax exemption certificate under section 80G from
GAASH Welfare Foundation. And this forms an easy yet effective way to support the community needs and which is immensely popular among corporate bodies.

GAASH Welfare Foundation acts as a link between you and your selected project. We are responsible for monitoring its working through our development support unit. GAASH Welfare Foundation also continues to provide non-financial inputs to the project, like Training, Technical Expertise,  Capacity  Building , Communication and Campaign Support.
When you adopt a project, you can choose to support an entire project or just a part of it. You can choose project near your business location. Or focus on projects particularly in U. T. J&K, which you feel need development and your support.

                                                                                       "Do Well by Doing Good"

Cause Related Marketing (CRM) can be understood as a strategic positioning and marketing tool which links a company or brand to a relevant social cause or issue for mutual benefit.
It is a strategic marketing activity – a way for a company to do well by doing well. Though it is distinct from sales promotions, corporate philanthropy, sponsorship, corporate Samaritan acts and public relations, it is often an amalgam of all such activities.
In addition, CRM plays a pivotal role in attracting today’s increasingly hard to please consumers, who like a company’s proven commitment to a worthy cause. Consumers these days prefer a brand that stands for something beyond just profits. And with CRM in your kitty you can ambitiously look at increased sales, visibility, consumer loyalty, better brand positioning and positive media coverage.

GAASH Welfare Foundation will be available at every stage to help you fine tune and glean the maximum out of your CRM program and share our experience and findings with you.

                                                                                     "Do Good While having Fun"

Each one of us has the inclination to do well, to give back to society. But there are many hurdles along the way. Paucity of time, lack of surplus funds, and most of all, the logistics involved. Wouldn’t it be great if someone could take away the hassle out of community service and just leave you with the satisfying feeling of having done well.
GAASH Welfare Foundation’s Employee Engagement program is specially designed to guide corporate, through the often-unfamiliar territory of volunteer community service. Backed by our planning expertise and with our vast network of partners, we custom design these programs to suit the needs and interests of your organization. The program is spread across 4-5 hours and activities such as painting, dancing, singing, etc. are undertaken during the program. In each activity, a volunteer is assigned a set number of children to supervise and interact with.
Smile prepares, coordinates and executes all aspects of the project, including logistic support for the program. All that you and your team have to do is, show up, have fun and go through a truly rewarding experience. The Employee Engagement program aims to bring fun and result-oriented social contribution.

Our youth comprise over one-third of the Indian population which in turn constitutes a major part of the labour force of the country. But according to the reports of the Financial Express “Only 15%of the young graduates passing out of colleges are employable; the rest are branded ‘unemployable’.
It is not their lack of theoretical knowledge that causes this. Instead, it is the lack of right skills and attitude. There is thus, an increasing concern among the leading employers of the country, about the dearth of ready-to-deliver employees. In addition, the macro perspective affirms that, it is crucial for such young energy to be channelized correctly in economic growth and nation building to elude their addition to family woes, social stress and national misery.
